With SAP CRM you can set up and maintain mail and phone campaigns; Advertising can be customized and sent to specific target groups; Quotations can be personalized to create the feeling that the company cares each customer personally.

In addition to many other possible applications, complaints and after-sales management can be operated via the CRM system. Internal and external call centers have access to the CRM system so that employees in customer support can always use the latest customer data during the call.

In addition, the system stores customer-related the entire correspondence or e-mail traffic and provides background information to employees.
